If you have stress at work, yoga can help you clear your mind and meditation can help you find clarity. If you have body aches, yoga can help you release tension and meditation can help you find the root cause of the pain. If you have conflicts with people, yoga can help you ease your mind and meditation can help you find the right words. If you are looking for self-growth, weekly yoga and healing meditation will help you heal and grow. - What is this about? Healing meditation is a mindfulness practise that help us gain mental clarity by connecting to our body. YOGA + HEALING MEDITATION = INNER PEACE JAB -Who are we? This class is a collaboration between Josep Relat and Marisa Anggoro. We are a couple who is crazy about healing and self-development. We have a combined experience of over 11 years in the field. Marisa is a Certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance with over 6 years of teaching experience. Josep has healed from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Irritable Bowel Syndrome using meditation and talk therapy for the last 5 years. He is a life coach and public speaker. Unfortunately, many times we need to attend seminars or fly overseas for retreats to experience real healing and growth. We believe that anyone has the right to heal and grow every single week. This is why we offer this class for free. This also means that we are personally covering the costs of rent and transportation. If you like our class, you can support us by giving a donation after class. But no expectation is set. If you don’t feel like it, we love you anyway. - What to bring? Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching your body We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel. Yoga mats are provided. - FAQ: ***My body is stiff/ I am out of shape. Can I come?*** Yes you can! Indeed, this class is just for you. We practise GENTLE YOGA that is compatible with all body types. Options will be given so that you can adapt your poses to your level of flexibility. ***Sitting meditation is not for me. Would this class be suitable for me?*** Yes it is! Meditation can be practise both seating and in active rest (lying on the floor). ***I have never done yoga and/or meditation before. Would I be able to catch up on the class level?*** Yes you will. Easy-to-follow instructions are given every week. No previous knowledge is required. Spaces are limited to 20 mats per class. So HURRY, get your tickets now!
