A team of experts from the University of Canberra has joined a project to deliver smart city services to Queanbeyan. The project, led by the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council (QPRC), aims to introduce smart technologies into the city’s CBD.
On Thursday 20 June you have the chance to learn more about this project and potential future of these technologies and more for councils around Australia.
Join our foot tour with talks on the technology, implementation and benefits the community will see from this project.
Join the UC experts Ross Thompson, Barbara Norman, Kumudu Munasinghe and special guests for a panel discussion around what a smart city looks like, an update on the project with Queanbeyan Palerang regions council and what our potential is for smart cities throughout regional Australia.
You can read more about the UC and QPRC Project here. The events will include light refreshments so please RSVP for catering purposes and choose your tickets for the foot tour and/or the event panel discussion.
